Milestone:

● K.C.I. is pleased to announce that they have just negotiated a 19 month deal on the self-insured Workers Compensation program called PETRO (Pennsylvania Elite Transportation Risk Organization) to continue to provide coverage from June 1, 2007 until January, 1 2009. The rates are approximately 40% below the current SWIF rates. The membership has approved nearly $1,400,000 in dividends to be made payable to the ,members in 2007. There are currently almost 30 transportation companies in the group with total payrolls exceeding $140,000,000.

 

● K.C.I. is also proud to announce that they have negotiated a 19 monthly deal on their Auto Liability program called ETRRG (Elite Transportation Risk Retention Group). this will continue to provide coverage from June 1, 2007 to January 1, 2009. ELITE currently has the membership of 12 transportation companies and approximately 1500 power units. The combined loss ratio for the past two years is 33%, which will also provide significant dividends to its members. ELITE can write Policy Limits from $1,000,000 up to $5,000,000 with Deductible levels from $1,000 to $250,000.

 

● K.C.I. just wrote a large Excess Auto policy for a trucking company with over 2,500 power units. Also KCI’s insurance premiums written now exceed $60,000,000.00.
